About Waterproofing

A. Problem & Symptoms.

Our 90 % of the business depends on leakage in the ceiling from tiles & weathering coursed terrace only. Dr.Terrace's treatments are tested and recommended by many Engineers and Architectures for ongoing projects....Based on floor Type we do treatment like Polyurene injection , Epoxy , Acrylic Elastomeric , Membrane with Propane Torch …. Etc
Apart from above mentioned We Dr.Terrace have our Own Invented Method Which Block leakage and Reduce heat ( 2in 1 Both Heat reduction and Anti-leakage property in single coat)

B. How serious this problems.

A. Will wash or clean the Terrace

B. Fill the macro/micro pores with Sealant ……

C. Will prepare a mixture with Our Dr.Terrace chemical (Raw material imported from Germany) and block all micro/Macro pores .

D. Would Break the Existing joints between the Tiles with floor cutters and Repack the same with waterproofing admixture.
E. STEP E is Playing important role in waterproofing treatment and the same is OUR TRADE SECRET HENCE CAN'T DISCLOSE.

F. Coats of Elasto chemical which mixed with our *Dr.Terrace Waterproofing chemical, (2mm thickness approx)

G. (Dr.Terrace invented chemical would increase the normal epoxy in to 10 times more quality as far as fighting against water penetration is concern it has 100% breathability and flexibility hence will shrink in winter and allow the stream to come out in summer)
